摘要 近年,甲状腺癌在临床呈高发趋势,传统放、化疗治疗手段效果及预后较差,手术切除治疗方案已被临床认可并广泛应用。但术中操作不当触及甲状旁腺的误切或损伤,使供血微循环受阻,导致低钙血症和甲状旁腺功能衰退进而致使的并发症,很大程度上降低了患者生活质量。因此探讨在术中采取有效措施保护甲状旁腺,以降低永久性或短暂性的功能衰退的发生,具有重要意义。该文就甲状腺癌外科治疗中甲状旁腺功能保护的研究进行综述,为甲状腺癌患者术后生活质量的提高,奠定基础。 In recent years, thyroid cancer has a high incidence in clinic. The effect and prognosis of traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy are poor. Surgical resection has been recognized and widely used in clinic. However,inappropriate operation and inappropriate incision or injury of parathyroid gland during operation hinder the microcirculation of blood supply, lead to hypocalcemia and parathyroid function decline, which lead to complications that greatly reduce the quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore effective measures to protect the parathyroid glands during operation to reduce the occurrence of permanent or transient functional decline. This article reviews the research on the protection of parathyroid function in surgical treatment of thyroid cancer, and lays a foundation for improving the quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer after operation.
