摘要
文章利用X-射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、光学显微镜(OM)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等对一件战国青铜盒进行了系统分析研究。研究表明,该青铜盒是一件Cu-Sn-Pb三元合金的薄壁青铜文物,器物表面未见有害锈。在科学分析结果的基础上制订和实施相应的保护修复方案:清洗、除锈、补配、焊接、封护、作色,使得青铜盒恢复了原貌,使其展示效果和科学研究价值得到了相应提升。
In this paper,a bronze box with very thin wall of the Warring States Periods was analyzed systematically by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and Raman spectrometer(Raman).The results show that few portions of the box corroded and it was made of Cu-Sn-Pb alloys.On the basis of the scientific analysis results,the corresponding protection and restoration plan was formulated and implemented:cleaning,rust removal,supplementary matching,welding,coating and coloring,which restored the original appearance of the bronze box and enhanced its exhibition effect and scientific research value.
