临床药师参与1例猪链球菌椎间隙感染患者的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care for a case of intervertebral space infection with Streptococcus suis by clinical pharmacist

通过对临床药师参与的1例猪链球菌椎间隙感染患者的诊治过程进行回顾性分析,分享猪链球菌椎间隙感染的药物治疗经验。临床药师参与药物治疗的全过程,并结合患者基本情况、感染部位特殊性、药物特性等进行抗感染方案的制订和调整,获得满意疗效。猪链球菌椎间隙感染比较罕见,临床药师通过加强自身药学知识及强化医学理论知识,可在抗感染治疗过程中发挥积极作用。

We retrospectively analyzed the pharmaceutical care for one patient with intervertebral space infection with Streptococcus suis,and shared the drug treatment experience of intervertebral space infection with Streptococcus suis.Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of drug treatment,based on the basic situation of the patient,the specificity of the infection site,and drug characteristics,and planned the antimicrobial regimen.As a result,a satisfactory therapeutic effect was obtained.Streptococcus suis infection was rare.By strengthening the pharmaceutical and theoretical knowledge,clinical pharmacists played a positive role in the anti-infection treatment.
