基于科研院所的科研信用评价指标体系构建

科研信用是社会信用的重要组成部分,科研诚信问题已然成为社会关注的焦点。文章基于科研信用的定义,研究一类重要主体——科研院所的科研信用评价指标体系。构建了由目标层、准则层和指标层(17个指标)组成的三级评价指标体系。

Scientific research credit is an important part of social credit, and the problem of scientific research credit has become the focus of social attention. Based on the definition of scientific research credit, this paper studies the evaluation index system of a kind of important subject: Research institutes. A three-level evaluation index system composed of target layer, criterion layer and index layer(including 17 indexes) is constructed.
