自动化立体仓库监控系统研究

自动化立体仓库作为将物品材料运输和合理化存储相结合的前沿技术手段,其发展离不开物流装备和物流软件。文章主要通过PLC控制技术对自动化立体仓库里的堆垛机控制系统的硬件和软件进行设计,然后输出明确的I/O信号;利用组态软件设计了自动化立体仓库的实时监控系统及信息管理系统。

As a cutting-edge technology which combines the transportation of goods and materials with the rational storage, the development of automated warehouse cannot be separated from logistics equipment and logistics software. This paper mainly designs the hardware and software of the stacker control system in the automated warehouse by PLC control technology, then outputs the clear I/O signal, and finally designs the real-time monitoring system and information management system of the automated warehouse by using configuration software.
