装配式建筑给排水系统的设计及应用 被引量:8

摘要 随着市场经济和地产建筑业的不断发展,人们对施工周期的要求越来越高,且为了践行节能环保理念,装配式建筑应运而生。装配式建筑具有安装效率高、安全程度高、环保程度高等优势。给排水专业设计是装配式建筑设计中的重要环节,要求在设计时管线预留孔洞的位置、尺寸、角度等都要精准,以免造成重新挖凿、开洞的后果,从而有效节省施工时间,并起到践行绿色环保宗旨的作用。文章以某装配式建筑为例,对给排水专业在设计中遇到的问题及难点进行分析与探讨。 With the continuous development of market economy and real estate construction industry, people have higher and higher requirements for the construction cycle, and in order to implement the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,prefabricated buildings emerge as the times require. Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of high installation efficiency, high degree of safety, high degree of environmental protection and so on. The professional design of water supply and drainage is an important link in the prefabricated architectural design, which requires that the position, size and angle of the reserved holes in the pipeline should be accurate in the design, so as to avoid the consequences of re-digging and opening holes, effectively save construction time, and play the role of implementing the purpose of green environmental protection. Taking a prefabricated building as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems and difficulties encountered in the design of water supply and drainage specialty.
