摘要
文章介绍了数控车床加工的原理,以某典型轴类零件加工任务为例,介绍了该典型轴类零件的结构特点,对其加工工艺进行分析,解决了刀具的装夹定位问题。基于GSK928TEa数控车床系统对其进行数控程序的编写以及加工工艺的模拟加工,在GSK928TEa数控车床完成轴类零件的加工。
The principle of CNC lathe machining is introduced. Taking the machining task of a typical shaft part as an example,the structure characteristics of the typical shaft part are introduced, its machining technology is analyzed, and the problem of tool clamping and positioning is solved. Based on the GSK928 TEa CNC lathe system, the CNC program is compiled and the machining process is simulated, and the shaft parts are machined on the GSK928 TEa CNC lathe.
