摘要
在地浸钻孔成井工艺中,投砾设备主要有投砾泵与各类自制投砾装置。传统投砾方法在使用过程中存在功耗大,时间长,投砾效率低,投砾过程中易堵管,砾料填充不均匀,严重影响了投砾质量。文章从全新视角设计了一种新式的投砾装置——投砾罐,投砾罐是一种基于水射流原理的投砾装置,该装置依靠水射流的作用力将砾料冲击输送到地浸孔中,可以有效提高投砾的工作效率和成井质量。
In in-situ leaching drilling well completion technology, gravel throwing equipment mainly includes gravel pump and various kinds of self-made gravel device. In the process of using the traditional gravel method, the power consumption is large, the time is long, the gravel efficiency is low, the pipe is easy to be blocked and the gravel filling is uneven, which seriously affects the quality of the gravel. In this paper, a new type of gravel throwing device-gravel tank, which can effectively improve the working efficiency of gravel and the quality of well completion.
