地铁车辆超速保护型式试验方法研究

依据GB/T 7928-2003《地铁车辆通用技术条件》、《城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估技术规范第1部分:地铁和轻轨》要求,对地铁车辆超速保护功能进行测试。结果表明:列车速度在达到80km/h、82km/h、86km/h时,列车分别封锁牵引脉冲、实施快速制动、实施紧急制动,试验结果符合评定标准要求。同时,建议将地铁列车的超速保护试验项目列入以往地铁车辆型式试验范畴,从而为城市轨道交通的建设提速。

According to the requirements of GB/T 7928-2003 "General Technical Conditions for Metro Vehicles" and "Technical Specification for Safety Assessment before Initial Operation of Urban Rail Transit, Part 1: Subway and Light Rail", the overspeed protection function of metro vehicles is tested. The results show that when the train speed reaches 80 km/h, 82 km/h and 86 km/h, the train blocks the traction pulse, implements fast braking and emergency braking respectively, and the test results meet the requirements of the evaluation standard. At the same time, it is suggested that the overspeed protection test project of subway train should be included in the previous subway vehicle type test, so as to increase the speed for the construction of urban rail transit.
