泡沫混凝土在拱桥加固维修中的应用

"逢山开路、遇水架桥"是公路建设的宗旨,良好的桥梁建设将能够为公路建设提供最优化建设方案。双拱桥是我国特定时期所采用的一种桥梁结构,其所具有的钢材用量少、造价低、建设周期短等特点使得其在国内多地都得到了广泛的应用。由于双拱桥的独特结构形式需要在其桥面铺装与桥梁主拱之间填充拱上填料。但是在长期的使用过程中拱上填料不可避免的发生损坏进而影响桥梁的通行效果。为恢复双拱桥的正常使用需要更换修复拱上填料。文章在分析拱上填料特点的基础上就如何使用泡沫混凝土完成桥梁的修复进行了分析介绍。

"Open the road in every mountain and build a bridge in the face of water" is the purpose of highway construction,and good bridge construction will be able to provide the optimal construction plan for highway construction. Double arch bridge is a kind of bridge structure adopted in a specific period in our country. With the characteristics of low steel consumption, low cost and short construction period, double arch bridge has been widely used in many places in China. Because of the unique structural form of the double-arch bridge, the arch filling material needs to be filled between the bridge deck pavement and the main arch of the bridge. However, in the process of long-term use, the arch filling will inevitably be damaged and then affect the traffic effect of the bridge. The filling material on the arch needs to be replaced in order to restore the normal use of the double-arch bridge. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the filling material on the arch, this paper analyzes and introduces how to use foam concrete to repair the bridge.
