摘要
扁疤是轮轨接触滑移在踏面产生的车轮不圆损伤,对轨道车辆动力学性能具有相对较强影响。考虑轮轴材料的动载弹塑性,运用商业动力学软件建立了车辆-轨道-车轮扁疤长度的耦合动力学模型,研究获得了扁疤长度-CRH2型动车组的轮轨冲击载荷关系。结果表明,扁疤长度对轮轨接触冲击力具有显著影响,主要随着扁疤长度的增加冲击力变大,在商业应用速度范围,扁疤长度小于20mm才能保证轮轨载荷不超过管理范围。文章研究有助于指导轨道车辆的运用安全管理。
Wheel flat is the wheel out-of-round damage caused by wheel-rail contact slip on the tread,which has a relatively strong influence on the dynamic performance of rail vehicles.Considering the dynamic elastoplasticity of axle material,the coupling dynamic model of vehicle-rail-wheel flat length is established by using commercial dynamics software,and the wheel-rail impact load relationship between flat length and CRH2 EMU is obtained.The results show that the flat length has a significant effect on the wheel-rail contact impact force,which mainly increases with the increase of the flat length.In the speed range of commercial application,the flat length is less than 20 mm to ensure that the wheel-rail load does not exceed the management range.The research in this paper is helpful to guide the safety management of rail vehicles.
