摘要
文章通过对公司混凝土搅拌运输车搅拌叶片轨迹线的划线工艺现状分析,模板锈蚀磨损,影响划线精度,模板标识易模糊,模板随意摆放,造成场地浪费等问题,通过本次工艺设计改善后,制作新叶片轨迹线划线模板,提高了划线质量,保证叶片装焊精度,同时节省场地空间,便于推行6S管理,减低成本。
In this paper, through the analysis of the present situation of the marking process of the company’s concrete mixing truck blade trajectory, the template corrosion wear affects the marking accuracy, the template identification is easy to be blurred, the template is placed at random, resulting in a waste of site, and so on. After the improvement of the process design, the new blade trajectory marking template is made, which improves the marking quality, ensures the blade assembly and welding accuracy, saves the site space, and is convenient for the implementation of 6 S management and the reduction of costs.
