TC27钛合金超音速火焰喷涂WC-17Co耐磨涂层工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对TC27钛合金采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备WC-17Co耐磨涂层,通过正交实验研究了氧燃比、丙烷流量、空气流量、送粉速率、喷涂距离对显微硬度、结合强度、孔隙率的影响,运用极差分析法确定了最优的喷涂工艺。研究表明:送粉速率对显微硬度的影响最大,氧燃比对结合强度的影响最大,空气流量对孔隙率的影响最大。 WC-17 Co wear-resistant coating was prepared for TC27 titanium alloy by HVOF spray process. The influence of oxygen/fuel ratio, propane flow rate, air flow rate, powder feeding rate and spraying distance on micro-hardness, bending strength and porosity were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The optimum spraying process was determined by range analysis. The results revealed that the powder feeding rate has the greatest influence on the micro-hardness, the oxygen/fuel ratio has the greatest influence on the bending strength, and the air flow rate has the greatest influence on the porosity.
