摘要
在巴基斯坦新建的某9H重型燃机联合循环电厂,其采用的二托一,多轴的布置方式。在调试期间,汽轮机在做PPA8.2实验过程中发现1瓦,5瓦振动偏大,振动值超过165μm出现报警。为了解决这个问题,文章首先介绍了9H重型燃机联合循环汽轮机的结构特点;振动的分析采用的通常方法;然后分析了振动可能发生的原因及处理振动的措施,并针对本项目通过调整轴封间隙以及对高压转子动平衡后等措施后,高振动消失,达到了预期的效果。
A new 9 H heavy-duty gas turbine combined cycle power plant in Pakistan adopts the arrangement of two supports and one multi-shaft. During the commissioning period, in the PPA8.2 experiment of the steam turbine, it is found that the vibration of 1 watt and 5 watts is too large, and the vibration value is more than 165μm. In order to solve this problem, this paper first introduces the structural characteristics of 9 H heavy-duty gas turbine combined cycle steam turbine and the usual methods used in vibration analysis, and then analyzes the possible causes of vibration and measures to deal with vibration. In view of this project, by adjusting the shaft seal clearance and the dynamic balance of the high-pressure rotor, the high vibration disappears, and the expected effect is achieved.
