摘要
近年来,大型国有企业越来越重视人力资源信息化的建设,员工作为企业信息化建设的重要参与者,起到了越来越重要的作用。基于此集团公司启动建设了员工自助服务系统,通过信息化手段,将人力资源管理延伸到了基层员工,搭建了企业与员工直接沟通的桥梁,提升了人力资源精细化管理水平,推动了人力资源管理模式的变革,产生了巨大的经济和社会效益。
In recent years, large state-owned enterprises pay more and more attention to the construction of human resources informatization, and employees, as important participants in the construction of enterprise informatization, play a more and more important role. Based on this, the group started to build an employee self-service system, extended human resources management to grassroots employees by means of information technology, built a bridge of direct communication between enterprises and employees, and improved the level of fine management of human resources, thereby promoted the reform of human resources management mode and produced huge economic and social benefits.
