复方杜仲提取物对海鲈肝脏修复作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了评估复方杜仲提取物对海鲈夏季高温期以肝肿大为特征的消化系统症状修复作用,将150尾健康海鲈设置3个平行,每个平行随机分5组(1个常温组、4个高温组),常温组和高温组分别在(27±0.5)℃、(33±0.5)℃处理2周。试验期间饱食投喂普通饲料,2周后高温组肝脏出现了肝细胞肿胀、空泡变性等组织病变,对高温组分别投以0、1∶6、1∶4、1∶2复方杜仲提取物水平的饲料,常温组投喂普通饲料,2周后高温组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量均显著降低(P<0.05);且下降幅度随中草药添加量增加而增大,1∶2试验组ALT和AST均极显著低于高温对照组(P<0.01);病理组织学结果显示,高温组肝细胞损伤修复程度与复方杜仲提取物比例成正相关。因此,复方杜仲提取物对高温期海鲈肝脏病变具有修复作用,且1∶2试验组效果最好。 In order to evaluate the effect of Eucommia ulmoides extract on repair the hepatomegaly on sea bass because of the high temperature in summer.150 healthy sea bass were divided into three parallel treatments,which were randomized in one normal temperature group and four high temperature groups.Normal temperature group were treated at the room temperature((27±0.5)℃)while high temperature groups at the high temperature((33±0.5)℃)for two weeks.Two weeks later,symptoms such as hepatocyte tumefaction,vacuolation,stenosis of sinus were observed on the pathological histological section in high temperature groups.Then the high temperature groups were fed for 0(control),1∶6,1∶4,1∶2 commercial feed diets containing Eucommia ulmoides extract and the normal temperature group was feed for ordinary commercial feed for two weeks.The serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were significant decreased(P<0.05)and the decreasing extent with Eucommia ulmoides extract increasing,and the addition of 1∶2 decreased most.Besides,the histopathological results showed that the restorative effects had positively correlation with amount of Eucommia ulmoides extract,which could alleviate the pathological damage of liver.In summary,eucommia ulmoides extract has prominent repair effect on the liver lesions of sea bass,and addition of 1∶2 is the most obvious.
