温度和处理时间对超声波干扰淡水藻类的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 指出了藻类的爆发对生态系统构成威胁,目前常用的除藻方法有化学法、生物法和物理法,但这些方法在处理成本和二次污染等方面存在问题,因此,需要一种安全有效的藻类处理方法。有研究表明超声波可以利用空化作用抑制藻类的生长繁殖,并且超声波具有反应过程温和、速度快、无二次污染、效率高的优点,在未来的除藻领域有着广阔的应用前景。探索了超声波在不同温度和处理时间下对小球藻的去除效果以及此时最佳除藻周期,结果表明:在超声频率为40kHz,30℃下处理15min时,藻类的去除效率最高,此时最佳除藻周期为24h。 Algae blooms are threat to ecosystems.There are many measures to suppress an algae bloom,e.g.chemical measures,biological measures and physical measures.Those measures are costly and can trigger secondary pollution in the natural waterbodies.Therefore,a safe and efficient method to deal with algae is urgently needed.Previous studies have shownthat ultrasound can use cavitation to inhibit the growth and reproduction of algae.The ultrasonic wave method for dealing with algae bloom has the advantages of mild reaction process,fast speed,no secondary pollution and high efficiency.It has a broad application prospect in the algae bloom controlling field in the future.This study explored the removal effect of ultrasound on Chlorella Pyrenoidosa at different temperature and treatment time,as well as the best algae removal period.The results showed that the removal efficiency of algae was the highest when the ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz and the ultrasonic treatment was at 30℃for 15 minutes,and the optimal removal period was 24 hours.
