纳布啡是一种阿片类受体混合激动阻断剂,国内外很多研究发现纳布啡具有镇痛和镇静作用,阿片受体介导的如呼吸抑制、瘙痒、恶心等副作用的发生率较低,是一个比较理想的麻醉佐剂,现已被广泛运用于超前镇痛、术中镇静镇痛、术后镇痛及术后不良反应的防治,在临床应用中也得到了越来越多的青睐。

Nalbuphine hydrochloride is an opioid receptor mixed agonist blocker.Many studies at home and abroad have found that Nalbuphine has analgesic and sedative effects,and the incidence of opioid receptor-mediated side effects such as respiratory inhibition,pruritus and nausea is relatively low.As an ideal anesthetic adjuvant,it has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of analgesia in advance,intraoperative sedation and analgesia,postoperative analgesia and postoperative adverse reactions.In the clinical application it has also been more and more favored.
