匿名消息源的使用容易造成不实新闻与虚假报道的泛滥,但在特殊情况下媒体又不得不采取匿名方式处理,以保证爆料人的安全与信源的持续性,匿名消息源的使用“张力”成为各方考量的重要平衡点。以美国《纽约时报》为例,本文对其匿名消息源的使用规范历程进行梳理,重点分析“公共编辑”与“西格委员会”两大约束制度对匿名消息源的规范作用,希望能为我国匿名消息源的使用规范做出参考。
