摘要
【目的】考察高山急流生境宽鳍鱲(Zacco platypus)的化学信息识别和应答特征。【方法】对比空白实验组以及依次加入与化学预警信息(CAC)溶液和捕食者信息溶液等体积的水、CAC溶液(宽鳍鱲自身皮肤组织提取液)和乌鳢(Channaargus)气味溶液后的宽鳍鱲游泳速度、移动总距离、运动时间比等的行为参数变化。【结果】宽鳍鱲在依次加入水、CAC溶液和捕食者信息溶液后行为反应参数均无统计学意义上的变化。【结论】宽鳍鱲的化学信息识别和应答可能缺失,推测应与急流生境化学信息难以保持、接收和传递,水体透明度高因而视觉信息传递更为准确和有效,以及因食物缺乏而节约能量有关。
[Purposes]The chemical information identification and response characteristics of Zacco platypus in alpine rush habitat were investigated.[Methods]The behavioral responses(parameters include swimming speed,total distance of movement,and ratio of movement time)of the broad-finned bustard were compared before the blank control and after adding the same amount of water,chemical warning information(CAC,Z.platypus tissue extract)and predator(Channa argus)odor solution in sequence.[Findings]Z.platypus had no significant changes in the behavior and reaction parameters when adding water,CAC and predator odor solution.[Conclusions]The chemical information identification and response of Z.platypus may be missing,which may be related to difficulty in maintaining,receiving and transmitting the chemical information of rapids habitat,higher transparency of water body,more accurate and effective visual information transmission,and lack of energy conservation in food.
