我国全科医学人才培养存在的问题与解决路径

Problems of Cultivating General Practitioners in China and Their Solutions

当前,我国正积极探索建设全科医生制度,其中全科医生的培养是建立全科医生制度的关键。尽管我国已初步建立了全科医学人才培养制度,但是全科医学教育师资队伍薄弱、人才培养体系脱节、继续教育质量不高,人才培养结构失衡等问题困扰和阻碍了全科医生的培养。解决全科医学人才培养数量不足、质量不高的问题,应采取加快全科医学教育师资队伍建设、建立教育和卫生两个系统人才培养协调共商机制、优化全科医学教育课程设置、大力发展全科医生继续教育等措施,完善全科医学人才培养体系。

Nowadays,the general practitioner system has been actively explored in China,and cultivating general practitioners is the key.Although the system of cultivating general practitioners has been initially established in China,there’re such problems as weak faculty,malposed talent cultivation system,inferior continuing medical education,the imbalance of talent cultivation structure,which have troubled and hindered the general practitioners training.Therefore,it should accelerate the faculty construction,establish the coordination system between education system and health system,optimize the curriculum setting,develop the continuing medical education,and improve the system of cultivating general practitioners,so as to expand the scale and promote the quality of general medical education.
