伴随人类社会的持续发展,资源消耗也在极速增加,全球资源匮乏及环境污染已成为不争的事实。如今,随着社会环保意识的增强,可持续发展日益受到关注,建筑行业作为可持续发展战略中的一部分,更需要依托绿色建筑理念优势,坚持走以绿色、环保、低碳为核心的发展之路。鉴于此,本文结合新时代的建筑需求,对绿色建筑设计进行了全面阐述,依据其原则与优势分析,提出了绿色建设的设计与应用策略,以此为新时代背景下城市绿色建筑设计应用提供有益参考。

with the sustainable development of human society,the consumption of resources is also increasing rapidly.The lack of global resources and environmental pollution have become an indisputable fact.Nowadays,with the enhancement of social environmental awareness,sustainable development is increasingly concerned.As a part of the sustainable development strategy,the construction industry needs to rely on the advantages of green building concept and adhere to the development road with green,environmental protection and low carbon as the core.In view of this,combined with the architectural needs of the new era,this paper comprehensively expounds the green building design,according to its principle and advantage analysis,puts forward the design and application strategy of green building,in order to provide a useful reference for the application of urban green building design in the new era.
