不同饲养密度对湖羊妊娠毒血症的影响

摘要 从饲养密度的角度,研究饲养密度对妊娠毒血症发病情况的影响,为下一步研究集约化舍饲羊场的妊娠毒血症防控提供理论依据和实践经验。为研究不同饲养密度对母羊妊娠毒血症发病率及病死率的影响,随机选择2~3岁、身体情况相似的妊娠后期母羊720只,分成D、E、F三组,每组240只;各组在不同饲养密度的羊舍内进行饲喂,其他饲养管理方法一致,比较各组发病率。结果:F组试验母羊发病率(3.75%)显著低于D组(10.00%)和E组(7.92%)(P<0.05);D、E、F组试验母羊妊娠毒血症病死率分别为83.33%、63.16%、66.67%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:本试验中,妊娠后期母羊在2.14m^2/只的饲养密度下,妊娠毒血症的发病率显著下降,病死率无显著影响;这说明饲养密度是影响妊娠毒血症发病的重要原因之一。
