郑州地区女性生殖系统疾病临床病理特征

Clinicopathological features of female reproductive system diseases in Zhengzhou

目的分析48113例手术患者手术标本的临床病理特征,为指导女性健康保健工作提供科学依据。方法选取2011年1月至2017年12月郑州市妇幼保健院女性手术48113例,对患者一般特征和流行病学特征进行统计分析。结果门诊患者占33.7%,以宫颈手术为主80.2%;住院患者占66.3%,以子宫内膜手术为主50.2%。手术患者年龄集中在20~50岁,占总人数的89.9%;40岁以下患者主要以子宫内膜手术为主,40岁以上患者以宫颈手术为主。因单一疾病手术患者占86.9%,两种或两种以上疾病患者占13.1%;按疾病常发生部位依次子宫内膜、宫颈、子宫、输卵管、卵巢、会阴、胎盘和阴道。门诊患者2010年至2012年呈上升趋势,2013年至2017年呈下降趋势;住院患者一直呈上升趋势。结论不同年龄段不同部位所发生疾病不同。

【Objective】To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of 48113 surgical specimens for guiding women's health care.【Methods】A total of 48113 female surgeries were selected to analyze the general characteristics and epidemiological characteristics of the patients in Women&Infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2011 to December 2017.【Results】Outpatients accounted for 33.7%,mainly cervical surgery 80.2%and inpatients accounted for 66.3%,mainly endometrial surgery 50.2%.Patients under the age of 40 were mainly suffered endometrial surgery,and patients over 40 years old were mainly suffered cervical surgery.Operations for single disease accounted for 86.9%,and patients with two or more diseases accounted for 13.1%.According to the location of diseases,the order was endometrium,cervix,uterus,fallopian tube,ovary,perineum,placenta and vagina.Number of outpatients showed an upward trend from 2010 to 2012,however,a downward trend from 2013 to 2017.And number of inpatients showed an upward trend.【Conclusion】There are different diseases in different parts of different age groups.
