指掌背皮筋膜蒂与筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的效果对比研究

Comparative study on the effect of digital dorsal fasciocutaneous flap and fascia island flap in repairing soft tissue defects of fingers

目的观察指掌背皮筋膜蒂与筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复在手指软组织缺损中的应用效果,对比分析两种修复方法的价值。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月该院接收的38例手指软组织缺损患者,依据修复方法的差异,设置观察组与对照组,各19例。对照组为筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复,观察组为指掌背皮筋膜蒂修复。结果两组患者修复后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者修复后手指功能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者修复效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论指掌背皮筋膜蒂修复可降低患者修复后并发症的发生率,促使患者手指功能恢复,提高修复效果,具有相对显著的效果,可应用于临床。

【Objective】To observe the application effect of the digital dorsal fasciocutaneous flap and the pedicled island flap in the soft tissue defect of the finger,and compare the value of the two repair methods.【Methods】A total of 38 patients with soft tissue defects of the finger admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.According to the difference in the repair methods,19 cases were included in the observation group and 19 cases in the control group.The control group was repaired with fascia pedicled flap,and the observation group was repaired with digital dorsal fasciocutaneous flap.【Results】There was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference in finger function between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the repair effect between the two groups(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The repair with digital dorsal fasciocutaneous flap can reduce the incidence of post-repair complication,promote the recovery of finger function,improve the repair effect,and has relatively significant effects,which can be applied to the clinic.
