经颅多普勒持续监测辅助治疗急性缺血性脑卒中效果分析

摘要 目的分析经颅多普勒(TCD)持续监测辅助治疗急性缺血性脑卒中效果。方法选取该院2014年10月至2015年12月接诊的缺血性脑卒中患者62例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将所有受试者分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在此基础上给予经颅多普勒(TCD)持续监测辅助治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、磁共振血流量扫描(MRS)评分和溶栓治疗后24 h血管再通情况。结果治疗24 h后和溶栓后3个月观察组的NIHSS和MRS评分明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗24 h后观察组血管再通情况明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用TCD持续监测辅助治疗效果明显,且治疗后的NIHSS、MRS评分均较为理想,血管再通情况良好,值得临床广泛推广应用。 【Objective】To analyze the effect of continuous transcranial Doppler(TCD)monitoring in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.【Methods】Sixty-two patients with ischemic stroke were selected from October 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital,and all the subjects were divided into two groups by random number table method,that is,31 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with routine intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was given continuous TCD monitoring and adjuvant therapy.The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)score and recanalization of blood vessels 24 hours after thrombolytic therapy were observed before and after treatment.【Results】NIHSS and MRS scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group 24 hours after treatment and 3 months after thrombolysis(P<0.05).Twenty-four hours after treatment,the vascular recanalization in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】For patients with acute ischemic stroke,continuous TCD monitoring is effective,NIHSS and MRS scores after treatment are ideal,and vascular recanalization is good,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
