腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能及性功能的影响

Effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function and sexual function in patients with uterine fibroid

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能等影响。方法回顾性分析2015年3月至2018年7月在该院治疗的104例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,依据选取手术方案的不同,分为开腹组(开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,52例)与腹腔镜组(腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,52例),比较两组手术前后卵巢功能[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)]与性功能变化情况。结果术后3个月,腹腔镜组FSH水平低于开腹组,E2水平高于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,腹腔镜组女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分高于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者通过腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,可有效改善性生活,利于减轻卵巢功能损伤。

【Objective】To investigate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function and sexual function in patients with uterine fibroid.【Methods】The clinical data of 104 patients with uterine fibroid treated in the hospital from March 2015 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical procedures,they were divided into open surgery group(transabdominal myomectomy,52 cases)and laparoscopic group(laparoscopic myomectomy,52 cases).The ovarian function[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)]and sexual function before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.【Results】Three months after surgery,the level of FSH in laparoscopic group was lower than that in open surgery group,and the level of E2 in laparoscopic group was higher than that in open surgery group(P<0.05);three months after surgery,the score of female sexual function index(FSFI)in laparoscopic group was higher than that in open surgery group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine fibroid can effectively improve sexual life,and reduce ovarian function injury.
