一种电缆熔融接头的快速冷却方法

摘要 为解决电缆熔融接头的快速冷却问题,分别采用强制风冷和夹层水套冷却法对包裹电缆熔融接头的交联聚乙烯绝缘材料层进行快速冷却,并采用数值模拟的方法对其冷却效果及交联聚乙烯的材料性能进行验证和分析。模拟结果表明,水冷效果优于风冷方式。与自然冷却方式相比,冷却时间极大缩短,拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变均显著提高。所得结果证实了水冷方法的有效性,对于解决普遍存在的电缆熔融接头的交联聚乙烯绝缘材料层的快速冷却问题具有一定的参考价值。 In order to solve the problem of rapid cooling of cable fusion joints,the interlayer water jacket are used for rapid cooling the cross-linked polyethylene insulation material whith wrap the cable fusion joints,and the numerical simulation are used to check and analyse the cold effection and material properties.The simulation results show that the cooling time are greatly shortened and the tensile strength and fracture Tensile strain are significantly increased.The results confirm that the cooling method is effective,and which has a certain reference value for solving the repid cooling problem of the cross-linked polyethylene insulation material.
