糖尿病足溃疡基础及辅助治疗的研究进展

Research progress on basic and adjuvant therapy of diabetic foot ulcer

糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病患者致残率最高的晚期并发症之一。治疗过程中存在耗时长、显效慢、易复发等难题。目前临床治疗DFU的方法很多,除去原发病的处理,大体可分基础治疗和辅助治疗两部分。基础治疗包括彻底清创、卸载创面压力、控制感染等;辅助治疗包括氧气疗法、负压疗法、重组人生长因子、能量疗法等。近年来,采用联合方案治疗DFU的临床报道越来越多,其或将为DFU治疗方式的研发提供新的方向。本文就DFU的基础及辅助治疗研究进展做一简要综述,以期为临床医生在选择DFU的联合治疗方案时提供思路与帮助。

Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the the most disabling late complications in diabetic patients,which has many problems during treatment such as time-consuming,slow effect,easy to relapse,etc.Currently,there are various treatment methods for DFU,which can be divided into basic treatment and adjuvant treatment except the treatment of primary disease.The basic treatment includes thorough debridement,unloading of wound pressure and infection control.The adjuvant therapy includes oxygen therapy,negative pressure therapy,recombinant human growth factor,energy therapy,etc.In recent years,there have been more and more clinical reports on the use of combination regimens for DFU treatment,which may provide a new direction for the development of DFU treatment.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of DFU in terms of its foundation and adjuvant therapy,so as to provide clinicians with ideas and help in choosing DFU combined therapy.
