高校大学生思想政治工作各部门缺乏横向联系,没有形成协同效应是目前影响高校思想政治工作实效性的一个迫切需要解决的问题。各高校应在学校党政主要负责人的领导下,建立专门机构,健全并落实各部门协同工作制度,推动高校大学生思想政治工作新局面的到来。

It is an urgent problem to be solved that the departments of Ideological and political work of college students lack of horizontal connection and form no synergistic effect.Under the leadership of the principal of the party and the administration department,colleges and universities should establish special institutions,improve and implement the system of collaborative work,and promote the new situation of Ideological and political work of college students.
