高校思政育人场域选择与管理策略研究

A Study on Philosophical and Ideological Cducation Fields'Choices and Management Strategies in Collages and Universities

思想政治教育以管理育人思想为中心理念,把思想政治教育与管理工作相结合,最终把立德树人的目标渗透内化到学校的各个管理领域。本文以管理载体的五大类型作为分析要点,从组织管理、制度管理、生活管理、活动管理、信息管理五个管理的根本任务做好立德树人的工作,把思政教育渗透到学校工作的各个环节,形成育人合力,把育人工作与场域管理结合分析思想政治教育管理问题。以管理活动的四大管理职能为逻辑框架,从计划、组织、领导、控制四大层面提炼、总结五个类型中的管理问题。最后,根据问题的分析,提出加强高校思想政治教育管理载体建设的措施。

Cultivators in collages and universities combine philosophical and ideological education with management,for the purpose of internalizing morality education into each management aspects.The thesis tries to analyse the five types of management carrier,that is organization management,system management,life management,activities management and information management,with the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue.Collages and universities are required to permeate philosophical and ideological education into each working sectors to form the joint cultivating forces.The management carrier of philosophical and ideological centers on management and cultivating,forging cultivating work into philosophical and ideological education and management problems in fields.In addition,it refers to the logical framework of four types management function and refines all management problems from the aspects of planning,organization,leadership and controlling.Finally,based on problem-analysis,it puts forward the measures to contribute to the construction of philosophical and ideological education and management carrier.
