This paper mainly studies the relevant theories of cooperative learning,analyzing the research status of cooperative learning at home and abroad.It also researches and summarizes the methods of cooperative learning,and describes in detail the specific implementation steps of cooperative learning in English teaching.In the course of cooperative learning,perfect evaluation criteria are required,and the coexistence of individual behavior and cooperative competition is emphasized,so that teaching and learning can be diversified from a single competitive mode.
