[目的/意义]旨在应用专利大数据分析为企业专利战略选择提供事实性依据,为企业技术创新提供方向性定位,为企业提供专利战略选择方向。[方法/过程]首先分析专利大数据及其分析的特征,在此基础上引入专利"象位"概念,然后以专利技术要素的不同组合为依据,确定企业的专利"象位"。[结果/结论]"技术为王型象位"适合选择巩固、填补、转型和提升等战略;"产品至上型象位"适合选择坚守、扩充、转向和攻坚等战略。"审慎应用型象位"适合采用全域、选择、解构和放弃等战略。

[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to apply patent big data analysis to provide the factual basis for the selection of patent strategy of enterprises and the directional positioning for technological innovation of enterprises and the choice of patent strategy for enterprises.[Method/process]Firstly the paper analyzes features of patent big data and introduces the concept of patent“image position”.Then the patent“image position”of the enterprise is determined based on different combinations of patented technical elements.[Result/conclusion]The image position which represents that technology is king is suitable for choosing strategies such as consolidation filling transformation and improvement;the image position which represents that product is king is suitable for choosing strategies such as sticking expanding turning and attacking;the image position which represents prudent application is suitable for adopting strategies such as globalization selection deconstruction and abandonment strategies.
