以自然文学为媒介的生态心理阅读疗法实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Eco-psychological Bibliotherapy with Nature Literature as the Medium

[目的/意义]旨在培养大学生生态素养认知能力,从而促进大学生的心理健康。[方法/过程]以《瓦尔登湖》《沙郡年记》《寂静的春天》等自然生态文学为阅读样本,组织大学生结合特定场景进行深度阅读,并将阅读前后做对比分析,检验阅读疗效。[结果/结论]依托实景并深度阅读特定自然文学,对大学生的认知方式和意志行为产生了潜移默化的影响,促进了大学生阅读心理中"心景"与"风景"的有机结合,产生了积极的生态心理阅读疗效。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to cultivate university students’cognitive ability of ecological literacy to promote their mental health.[Method/process]Taking the nature literature such as Walden Sand County Almanac Silent Spring as reading samples the study organizes university students to do in-depth reading in specific scenes and contrastive analyses between prereading and postreading are made to test efficacy of reading.[Result/conclusion]In-depth reading of specific nature literature in real natural scene exerts a subtle influence on university students’cognitive style and volitional behavior which promotes university students’combination of mental sight and natural scene and produces positive effect on their ecological psychology reading.
