基于大数据分析的城市社区活力评价及其影响因素分析

A study on urban community vitality evaluation and its influencing factors based on big data analysis

城市活力评价是对一个城市内部各机能结构的活跃程度的分析与评价,城市活力评价的研究有助于引导城市均衡健康发展。基于高德地图的百度地图的POI数据以及基于GPS记录的百度热力图的应用,为城市活力评价提供大量数据基础。以城市空间活力与人流活动强度的匹配出发,以影响城市活力的交通可达性、用地性质、用地功能混合程度指标,提出了适用于苏州市中心城区的活力评价体系,给出评估结论,分析城市可持续发展潜力。

The evaluation of urban vitality is the analysis and evaluation of the activity of various functional structures within a city,which helps guide the healthy development of a city.The POI data from the baidu map based on gaode map and the application of baidu thermal diagram based on GPS record provide a lot of data and research perspective for the urban vitality evaluation.Based on the match between the urban space vitality and the intensity of people activity,and the indexes including the traffic accessibility,land nature and land function which influence the urban vitality,this paper presents a vitality evaluation system for the central city of Suzhou and the assessment result,analyzing the urban sustainable development potentiality.
