近年来,高等教育逐渐普及,党中央日益重视对高校学生思想政治教育工作的开展。各大高校积极响应党的号召,正努力建设具有社会主义新时代的特色校园文化。在高校中学生公寓逐步被大家认为是学生走向生活的第一社会、第二家乡、接受教育的第三课堂。因此学生公寓成为进行思想政治教育、建设优良学风校风的新的重要场所。目前,越来越多的教育工作者重视学生公寓的育人工作,随着高校学生公寓思想政治教育功能的逐渐增强,一些教育管理问题也显现出来。探讨高校学生公寓思想政治教育中所遇到的问题以及相应的对策成为学生教育管理研究的重要课题。

In recent years,as high education becomes widespread by degree,the Communist Party of China and Central Committee increasingly take ideological and political education of college students seriously.Colleges and universities,which proactively uphold the initiative by CPC,are trying constructing unique campus cultures of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Student departments on college campus,as we can see,is being referred to as"the first society","the second hometown",and"the third class"for students.Accordingly,it is a newly pivotal place where ideological and political education is conducted,and healthy school atmosphere is maintained.At present,the number of teaching staff who highlight the educational work of students'departments amount with days.Here arise some of the problems on education management as the functions of ideological and political education of such departments strengthen gradually.Probing into,correspondingly,the stumbling blocks we encounter in aforementioned respect and grappling with them have become a significant project of the research on student education and management.
