新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对武汉市一线护士亚健康的影响

Effect of coronavirus disease 2019 on the sub-health status of first-line nurses in Wuhan

目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间武汉市一线护士亚健康状况及影响因素,为后期制定针对性的健康干预策略提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,使用一般人口学资料问卷、亚健康状态调查问卷、PHQ-9抑郁量表和阿森斯失眠量表对武汉市1933名护士进行问卷调查。结果:武汉市一线护士亚健康率为38.9%(751/1933),不同性别、每周平均夜班数、每天平均午休时间、是否感染新型冠状病毒、护理COVID-19患者病情情况、每周规律三餐天数、失眠状况、抑郁状况的武汉市一线护士在亚健康方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,性别为女、每周三餐规律天数少、失眠、抑郁是武汉市一线护士亚健康的危险因素。结论:应重点关注女性、每周三餐规律天数少、抑郁、失眠护士的亚健康,COVID-19疫情结束后仍要落实《关于改善一线医务人员工作条件切实关心医务人员身心健康若干措施》,关注武汉市一线护士疫情后的亚健康。

Objective:To investigate the sub-health status and its influencing factors of first-line nurses in Wuhan during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to provide a reference for the later development of targeted health intervention strategies.Method:Convenience sampling method was used to investigate 1933 nurses in Wuhan using general demographic data questionnaire,Suboptimal Health Status Questionnaire-25(SHSQ-25),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS).Results:The sub-health rate of first-line nurses in Wuhan was 38.9%(751/1933).The univariate analysis of the sub-health of first-line nurses in Wuhan showed that different genders,the average number of night shifts per week,the average daily lunch break,whether infected with SARS-CoV-2,the condition of nursing COVID-19 patients,the days of three regular meals per week,insomnia status,depression status were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that female nurses,fewer days of regular meals per week,insomnia and depression were the risk factors for sub-health among first-line nurses.Conclusions:Special attention should be paid to the sub-health status of females nurses with irregular meals,depression and insomnia.Several measures should be implemented to improve the working conditions of first-line medical staff and care about their physical and mental health.
