Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and hypertension

2019新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)是新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)的病原体,具有较强的传染性,目前已在全世界范围内流行。虽然大量药物已经应用于COVID-19患者的治疗中,但目前仍然没有针对其使用的特异性药物和预防性疫苗。虽然该传染性疾病主要表现为呼吸道等相关症状,但大量研究表明COVID-19与高血压病有着密切相关性,因此,了解二者之间的关系对指导临床医师诊治该类疾病具有重要意义。本文主要就COVID-19对高血压病的相关影响机理及治疗方案进行综述,以期提高临床医师对COVID-19与高血压病的进一步认识。

The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has been confirmed as the pathogen of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which is highly infectious and is highly prevalent worldwide.Although a lot of drugs have been applied to the treatment of COVID-19,there are still no specific drugs or preventive vaccines.COVID-19 is an acute respiratory infection,while numerous studies have shown that COVID-19 is closely related to hypertension.This paper reviews the influence mechanism and treatment of COVID-19 on hypertension,in order to improve clinicians’awareness of COVID-19 and hypertension.
