Management of urolithiasis in pregnancy

妊娠期尿石症是指孕妇妊娠期发生的尿路结石,是妊娠期妇女发生腰腹部疼痛最常见的非产科原因。发病率虽低,但其诊断和治疗都面临两难境地,诊治不当,易对孕妇及胎儿发育造成不利影响,危及母胎安全,一直是泌尿科医师面对的挑战。近年来越来越多研究开始重视妊娠期尿石症研究,本文查阅近期国内外文献进行综述,为泌尿科医师提供实用的管理策略。

Urolithiasis in pregnancy is defined as the urinary calculi that occurs in pregnant women from the beginning of pregnancy to the end of pregnancy,which is the most common non-obstetric cause of abdominal pain in pregnant women.Although the incidence is low,its diagnosis and treatment is very difficult,and improper diagnosis and treatment can cause adverse effects on pregnant women and fetal development.In recent years,there have been more and more studies on urolithiasis in pregnancy.This paper reviews the research progress of urolithiasis in pregnancy to provide practical management strategies for urologists.
