摘要
领导激励理论一直受到国内外学者的广泛关注。目前,研究领导激励的理论不少,但深入探讨领导激励对企业绩效影响的研究相对较少。通过构建领导激励、工作投入与企业绩效之间的关系模型,以236份调研问卷为基础,运用SPSS24.0和PROCESS2.13软件分析研究假设,结果表明:领导激励对工作投入和企业绩效都有显著的正向影响;工作投入对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响;工作投入在领导激励和企业绩效中起中介作用。企业领导在激励管理中,应通过加强对绩效目标计划的激励、加强对绩效实施过程的关注、加强对绩效完成结果的正面激励、加强对绩效反馈面谈的沟通、加强对绩效考评结果的应用等措施,不断激发领导激励对于企业绩效的正向引领。
The theory of leadership motivation has been concerned by scholars at home and abroad.Among the many researches on theories about leadership incentive,only a few are about the impact of leadership incentive on enterprise performance.This paper constructs a research model of the relationship among leadership motivation,work engagement and enterprise performance.SPSS 24.0 and PROCESS 2.13 were used to analyze the 236 questionnaires and verify the research hypothesis by descriptive,correlation and multiple regression methods.The results show that leadership incentive has a significant positive impact on work engagement and enterprise performance;work engagement has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance;work engagement plays an intermediary role in leadership incentive and enterprise performance.Therefore,it is advisable for enterprise leadership to strengthen the incentive for performance scheme and completion,paying more attention to performance implementation process,feedback interview on and the application of performance evaluation results,so as to promote the positive effect of leadership incentive on enterprise performance.
