摘要
公共图书馆法律法规是支撑我国公共图书馆正常运行的法律基础,是规范公共图书馆事业健康发展的根本保障。开展公共图书馆法律法规体系建设研究,不仅为政府公共文化行政管理部门对图书馆事业行政决策提供理论依据,也为图书馆事业依法发展奠定了坚实的法治基础。文章简要阐述了图书馆法律法规体系,介绍了图书馆法律法规体系发展过程和当前公共图书馆行业法律法规现状,分析了目前我国图书馆法律法规体系建设面临的困境和难题。
Laws and regulations of public libraries are one of the important weapons to secure the smooth operation and sound development of public libraries.The study on the laws and regulations of public library provides regulators with a theoretical basis for decision making and lays a solid foundation for the development of libraries.The paper introduces the laws and regulations system of public libraries,the development and current situation of laws and regulations of public libraries and analyzes problems and difficulties of the construction of laws and regulations system of public libraries.
