视障群体的文学阅读与创作需求:以论坛数据和深度访谈为中心的探索性研究

Literature Creation and Reading Needs of Visually Impaired People: An Investigation Centered on AM BBS and In-depth Interview

尽管关于视障人群服务的研究正在增多,但其文学创作与阅读需求暂未得到学界和业界的足够关注,而这一方面的需求研究,恰恰是支撑相关服务的基础。文章通过搜集国内视障群体最熟悉的"AM互联"网站"文学沙龙"版块数据,从发帖基本情况、发帖主题词频分析、发帖内容特征分析、代表性个案分析几个方面探究该群体的文学创作与阅读需求。基于相关结论与已有实践,作者建议未来一段时期图书馆视障服务要以专业阅读推广为核心,注重多样化服务;以文献资源保障为基础,建设特色化馆藏;以消除阅读障碍为己任,推进无障碍阅读;以平等公平服务为准则,协助普遍化参与。

Although the number of researches on the service for visually impaired people is increasing,their literary creation and reading needs,which underpin the service,have not been emphasized enough by the academic circle and service providers.By collecting the data of the section of "literature salon" on "AM Internet",the most familiar website for visually impaired people in China,this paper explores the literature creation and reading needs of visually impaired people from the following aspects:basic information of their posts,topic word frequency analysis,content feature analysis and representative case analysis.As a result,the author suggests that in the future,the visually impaired services in libraries should promote professional reading while diversifying services,build on literary resources to construct a featured library,eliminate reading barriers for the readers and make their services more equal and fair to create an enabling reading environment for visually impaired readers.
