浅析膨胀加强带在超长筏板中的应用

摘要 随着超长筏板在各大型电子厂房中的应用逐渐增多,当前对超长筏板质量要求正不断提高,相应技术也得到改良。研究发现使用后浇带施工工艺,会造成施工工期长,施工质量难以控制等问题,为解决后浇带施工带来的影响,结合已有施工工艺选择使用膨胀加强带技术解决以上问题,该技术通过改变支模材料和方式,能有效解决传统支模带来的漏浆,裂缝等质量问题,同时通过改变混凝土浇筑方式,能够解决混凝土浇筑时间间隔长等问题。 With the increasing application of super long raft in large electronic factory buildings,the quality requirements of super long raft are constantly improving,and the corresponding technology is also improved.It is found that the use of post cast strip construction technology will cause problems such as long construction period and difficult to control construction quality.In order to solve the impact of post cast strip construction,combined with the existing construction technology,the expansion reinforcing strip technology is selected to solve the above problems.The technology can effectively solve the quality problems such as leakage and cracks caused by the traditional formwork by changing the materials and methods of formwork support,and at the same time,it can effectively solve the quality problems such as leakage and cracks caused by the traditional formwork support Over changing the concrete pouring method can solve the problem of long time interval of concrete pouring.
