高速公路市场化养护管理分析

摘要 结合高速公路市场化养护现状及市场化管理的必要性,总结了现阶段高速公路市场化养护存在的问题,如各类养护管理制度不完善、养护定额内容不完善、养护监管难度大、养护企业竞争意识不强、履约意识差、养护管理标准化、规范化程度低等。基于此,提出高速公路市场化养护管理优化策略,创新高速公路养护管理模式、合理选择市场化养护企业、培育高水平专业化的养护市场,以此确保高速公路市场化养护管理的质量。 Combining the current situation of expressway market maintenance and the necessity of market management,this paper summarizes the current problems of expressway market maintenance,such as various types of maintenance management system is imperfect,the content of maintenance quota is not perfect,maintenance supervision is difficult Conservation enterprises have weak competition consciousness,poor performance awareness,standardization of maintenance management,and low degree of standardization.Based on this,it puts forward the optimization strategy of highway market maintenance management,innovates the highway maintenance management model,rationally selects market maintenance enterprises,and cultivates a high-level professional maintenance market to ensure the quality of highway maintenance management.
