Discussion on the Innovation of Modern Construction Management

随着当前我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业得到了迅速地发展。与此同时建筑施工企业之间的竞争也变得越来越激烈,建筑企业为了更好的增强自身竞争力,必须加强创新力度。基于此,本文对当前我国建筑工程施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,并结合实际情况提出合理的解决措施,为建筑工程管理提供了借鉴。

With the continuous development of China's economy,the construction industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the competition among construction enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to enhance their competitiveness,construction enterprises must strengthen innovation.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems in the current construction management of construction projects in China,and puts forward reasonable solutions combined with the actual situation,which provides a reference for the construction management.
