现阶段,随着我国对外开放的不断深入,我国经济发展也迎来了新的契机,在此基础上,也促进了我国建筑行业的发展。当前越来越多的国内施工单位开始逐渐将目光转向海外工程项目建设。但是由于各个地区的经济发展有所差异,因此增加了海外工程项目在成本管控与造价管理工作的难度。基于此,本文主要对海外工程造价管理与成本控制研究进行分析,以期为海外工程提供参考。

At this stage,with the continuous deepening of China's opening to the outside world,China's economic development has also ushered in a new opportunity.On this basis,it has also promoted the development of China's construction industry.At present,more and more domestic construction companies are gradually turning their attention to overseas construction projects.However,due to differences in economic development in various regions,the difficulty in cost control and cost management of overseas engineering projects has increased.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the research of overseas project cost management and cost control,in order to provide a reference for overseas projects.
