摘要
为更有效模拟电缆的构造及生产过程,针对优选的国产低密度聚乙烯绝缘基料(以下简称LDPE试样),采用热贴合方法将LDPE试样(含交联剂)分别与两种已在直流电缆中应用的屏蔽料试样(均含交联剂)制备成薄片试样,开展在高场强不同温度下的空间电荷特性对比研究,优选一种适于国产基料的屏蔽料。在此基础上,试制了基于国产绝缘料的直流模型电缆,经脱气处理后开展模型电缆空间电荷测量及直流击穿实验,评估国产绝缘料作为直流电缆绝缘料的可行性。结果表明:采用国产绝缘料和与之兼容的半导电屏蔽料可以满足高压直流电缆的绝缘性能要求。
In order to simulate the structure and manufacture process of cable more effectively, a domestic low density polyethylene(LDPE) was used as base insulating material, and two slice samples were prepared using LDPE sample(with crosslinking agent) and two kinds of shielding material sample(with crosslinking agent) applied in DC cable by hot bonding method. The partial discharge characteristics of the two samples were compared and analyzed, and a shielding material, which is more applicable to domestic LDPE, was chosen. On the basis of this, a DC model cable was prepared, and partial discharge and DC breakdown tests were conducted on the model cable after degassing. The feasibility of domestic XLPE as an insulating material of DC cable was evaluated. The results show that the model cable prepared by domestic XLPE and the optimum semiconducting shielding material could meet the insulating properties requirements of high-voltage DC cables.
