摘要
目的:通过比较北川3个引种栽培产地金银花和山东原产地金银花中有效成分含量差异,对药材质量进行初步评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法分别测定各产地金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的的含量,采用SPSS 20.0进行统计学分析。结果:北川马槽乡、桃龙乡和永安镇引种金银花中绿原酸含量分别为2.47%、2.63%和2.37%,山东平邑金银花中绿原酸含量为2.53%;北川3个产地金银花木犀草苷的含量分别为0.080%、0.083%和0.084%,山东平邑金银花木犀草苷的含量为0.088%。北川3个产地引种栽培金银花中绿原酸的含量与山东平邑产比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),木犀草苷含量明显低于山东平邑(P<0.05),但均高于《中国药典》标准。北川引种的金银花药材可用于临床使用。结论:北川3个产地引种栽培金银花中绿质酸、木犀草苷含量均高于《中国药典》标准,可用于临床。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of the medicinal materials was introduced and cultivated in three places of Beichuan by comparing the content of active ingredients in the Honeysuckle. Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Honeysuckle from different producing areas were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The significant analysis using SPSS 20.0. Results: The content of chlorogenic acid in the introduced Honeysuckle in Macao Township, Taolong Township and Yong’an Town of Beichuan was 2.47%, 2.63% and 2.37%, respectively, and the content of Shandong Pingyi product was 2.53%. The content of luteolin was 0.080%, 0.083% and 0.084%, respectively, and the content of Shandong Pingzhi was 0.088%. The content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle introduced and cultivated from three areas of Beichuan was not significantly different from that of Pingyi(P >0.05). The content of luteolin was significantly lower than that of Pingyi(P<0.05), but higher than the pharmacopoeia standard. The honeysuckle introduced from Beichuan can be used in clinic. Conclusion: The contents of chlorogenic acid and Luteolin in honeysuckle introduced and cultivated from three areas of Beichuan are higher than the pharmacopoeia standard, which can be used in clinic as a medicinal herbs.
