有机微量元素对中大猪生产性能和粪便中重金属含量的影响

摘要 本试验旨在探讨育肥猜饲料中添加蛋白铜、蛋白铁、蛋白锌、蛋白锰等对育肥猜生长性能和微量元素排放的影响Q试验猪为(杜X长X大)商品猪(70 kg)150头,随机分为A、B、C 3个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10头猪Q A组为正常对照组,饲喂添加Ikg无机微量元素日粮,B、C组为试验组,B组饲喂添加150g有机惠日粮,C组饲喂添加200g有机惠并减少10%维生素曰粮Q实验周期为25天。结果表明:曰粮中使用150g和200g纯有机微量元素替代1kg无机微量元素,不仅未发现对生长育肥猪的生产性能有影响(P>0.05),且两个实验组的和增重成本均低于对照组,经济效益较为明显。同时,通过减少饲料中微量元素的添加,可以有效降低猪粪中Cu的含量:B组第7、14、21天粪便中Cu的含量分别比A组同期降低75.24(P<0.01)、80.77(P<0.01)和74.34(P<0.01),减排效果非常显著。 The experiment studied the comparison of different composition of trace element forms on productivity and fecal trace elements contents.One hundred and fifty finishing pigs(Du-roc X Langdrance X Largewhite)weighting〜70kg were chosen and randomly allocated into 3 groups(A,B,C)with 5 replicates per group and 10 finishing pigs per replicate in a complete randomized design.The three treatments were control group,inorganic trace mineral group+100%compound vitamin group(A),150g/t organic trace mineral+100%compound vitamin group(B)and 200g/t organic trace mineral+90%compound vitamin group(C).The results showed that there was no significant difference in the growth performance between the three groups(P>0.05);Compared with group A;the contents of Cu in feces of group B were reduced 75.24(P<0.01)、80.77(P<0.01)and 74.34(P<0.01)on Day 7,Day 14 and Day 21.It is concluded that using organic trace elements instead of conventional trace elements can decrease the contents of trace el­ements in feed and didn’t affect the growth performance of finishing pigs.Besides,it can decrease fecal trace elements contents.
