区域资源环境承载力的内涵、特征与演进机制研究

Study on the Connotation,Characteristics and Evolution Mechanism of Regional Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity

区域资源环境承载力是综合衡量区域人口、资源、环境是否协调,经济发展是否可持续的重要指标。通过文献检索、资料收集和专家访谈,基于区域经济学、资源与环境经济学、地理学及生态学等相关理论,界定区域资源环境承载力的内涵和本质特征;基于系统思维,重点从生态、资源、环境与社会经济四个维度研究区域资源环境承载力的承载机理与演进机制,构建多层次、多维度的理论分析框架。

The regional carrying capacity of resources and environment is an important index to comprehensively measure whether regional population,resources and environment are coordinated and whether economic development is sustainable.Through literature search,data collection and expert interviews,based on the theories of regional economics,resource and environmental economics,geography and ecology,the connotation and the essential characteristics of regional resource and environmental carrying capacity are defined.Based on systematic thinking,the carrying mechanism and evolution mechanism of regional resource and environmental carrying capacity are studied from four dimensions of ecology,resources,environment,society and economy.A multi-level and multi-dimensional theoretical analysis framework is constructed.
